I first came to Wilsonville Toyota, looking to test drive a 6MT Tacoma. Lawrence helped me out and found a few vehicles that could be acquired from other dealerships. However, I was not sure as yet. My next a 6MT Tacoma. Lawrence helped me out and found a few vehicles that could be acquired from other dealerships. However, I was not sure as yet. My next visit was to reserve a 6MT '24 Tacoma that the dealership had been allocated by Toyota. The lady at the front desk seemingly double booked me with Lawrence. When I was waiting for him to finish with the customer who he was working with, one of the managers (I believe it was Tanner) noticed me hanging out and quickly assigned Max to me. I must say that it has been a pleasure working with Max. His commitment to making sure that the process of acquiring my dream truck was smooth and pleasurable was admirable. Indeed, it was a very smooth process with no haggling, where I was offered the vehicle for the best price, up front. I had shopped around with a number of dealers in the area and Wilsonville Toyota certainly gave me the best price without any haggling. Max has been courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with the car buying experience. This is evident from the fact that when time came to collect my vehicle, I had requested a ride from my workplace in LO and Max showed up in his personal vehicle, braving the heavy traffic. This impressed me very much as I had assumed that the dealership would have a shuttle sent over, given my experience with Wilsonville Subaru service. One bit of constructive feedback, if I may, is that there is scope for improvement with regard to continued communication. While Max made sure every request of mine was addressed to my satisfaction, it would be great to get regular updates about the vehicle, especially between when the vehicle is reserved (is either in production or in transit) and picked up. Purchasing/leasing a new vehicle is always exciting for a customer and I, for one, was eager to get updates of the progress as the vehicle made its way from the factory to the dealership, which were not very forthcoming. More

It was a busy holiday weekend, and Max promptly made us a priority. Good attitude and humor. There was a long line, but we didn’t have to wait. I was looking for a specific vehicle…TRD premium. He retrieved priority. Good attitude and humor. There was a long line, but we didn’t have to wait. I was looking for a specific vehicle…TRD premium. He retrieved keys for us for a test drive with a specific TRD we saw online that had just been traded in and explained the differences between the pro and premium. Test drive went well. He gave honest feedback on vehicle and personal experiences with owning one. He helped us with paperwork and ordering the same make and model new and with all the options I wanted. I appreciate the direct price approach at this dealership. He also helped a couple difficult customers simultaneously in the process. Thank you, Max, keep up the good work! Im looking forward to my new TRD More

I thought the dealership experience was fine. The “no bull” pricing is not always the best pricing as I found out later, , but I’m ok with my experience. I think most of the rating for my review should go to the person who I chatted with via the website, if he hadn’t gone the extra mile I wouldn’t have driven 3 hrs to the dealership. Also, this was a trade in/cash purchase and I had already done my homework but it took over 3 hrs to drive away - if ur going to stay open until 8 pm have the staff onboard to process paperwork etc. Also, if u are a WA resident be prepared to have to pay for licensing/taxes on the spot instead of having a month “float” on your funds for that - on my other car purchased in OR I was able to pay taxes and registration a month later by doing it myself at my local DMV. Actually, this bothered me a bit. Also, u get only one key so I think the salespeople should make it a point of getting ur digital key downloaded before u leave the dealership - I still haven’t had a successful download of mine yet… More
