I’ve been on the market for a 4 runner for about a month now. Been to six dealerships searching for a vehicle, and they all left a bad taste in my mouth. The salesmen were pushy and gave off a slimey vibe. I finally found a 4Runner in the trim I wanted at Wilsonville Toyota and gave them a call. Max gave me all the information I wanted and even went outside to take a 3 minute video of the vehicle for me to view since I am about 3 hours away in Seattle. After texting with Max that night, I decided to take the chance and drove to Portland the next morning to view the car. I was greeted at the front door by Max. He shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and proceeded to introduce me to the no BS culture at Wilsonville Toyota. Right away I could tell this young man was a genuine person. He was telling me exactly what I needed to know and no fluff and pressure to get me to cough up my money. The car I wanted was already pulled up to the front and after test driving I was ready to buy. The whole process was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Max laid out all my financing options in front of me and at no point did I feel pressured to go with a specific package. He didn’t upsell anything but instead explained in a very genuine manner the different options and costs and benefits to each one. I didn’t end up going with any special package but I wanted to give Max my business. He was outstanding and a true professional. You can tell when someone is being real with you and when someone is trying to get you to buy something. Max and the culture at Wilsonville Toyota was the definition of the perfect car buying experience. If I am ever in the market for another Toyota I am making the drive down and giving Max and Wilsonville Toyota my business again. 10/10! More
