Matt was very patient and continued updating me and thanking me for stopping in. Again, all personnel was kind and considerate and all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I not only enjoy the experience of driving my new Mazda 6 I enjoyed the entire process from test drives to even the cleanliness of the show room and restrooms. Matt allowed us ample time to view the vehicle, test drive it, and provided us with answers to all the questions we had. The negotiations on the final sale price of the vehicle were simple and the trade-in value given for our van was fair. Our overall experience with this dealership was fantastic. We have purchased 4 new vehicles outside of Fort Wayne because of our previous poor experience with other dealerships in the city. I live in Marion,IN and I purchased my Town & Counrty from Todd three years ago. He took time out of his day to bring the van to my door step. I explained to him I wanted to stay in my own lane. I was trying to get a smaller SUV but stay in a decient price rage, and he did just that. I came to O'Daniel Mazda looking for friendly, patient and informative service and man, was I surprised at the level that I received from the moment that I walked in! While being fairly new to th patient and informative service and man, was I surprised at the level that I received from the moment that I walked in! While being fairly new to the process of purchasing a new / CPO car, I had done a ton of research before I decided to go take a look at their inventory and wasn't expecting the amount of patience given to me as I nit-picked at the small, often overlooked details that are important to me. I came back the next day for a test drive, and was greeted by other friendly personnel who informed me that Matt Tillapaugh (the sales guy I had been talking to) was already bringing around 2 cars I wanted to test. During the test drive, I asked another slew of questions and was given factual and pertinent answers. While not being in the market to buy until another several months, I never felt rushed, pressured, or mislead in any way. I highly recommend Matt, if you are looking for an easy person to talk to and do business with; I can't speak much on the other employees, however, from the overall feel of my visit to O'Daniel Mazda Automart I doubt you would have anything less than a positive and helpful experience with the whole team! I called Matt to see an Ford Ranger, and when I arrived he had the Ford Ranger, as well as a Chevrolet S10 waiting. It had low miles, better condition, and my kind of my style. I didn't even consider driving the Ford due to it not being ready to take home (since it was a recent trade in the service people have yet to check it over). I took the S10 out for a drive, and it was amazing! Upon returning to the dealership I had some questions. Every question I asked Matt was able to give me an answer, or at least find the answer for me. He was very enthusiastic, and put my needs first. Because of Matt, I will return for the top notch customer service again!! More

This was my first Mazda purchase, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Matt was knowledgeable, patient, friendly (made me feel like one of his buddies), and went above and beyond best experiences I’ve had buying a car. When I first met Matt, I was just going in to checkout the new Mazda6. For the next few months after that, Matt would check in every once in a while to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. When I was ready to purchase, they did not have what I was looking for on the lot, so Matt searched through other dealers until he found exactly what I wanted. Matt worked hard to get me the best deal he could for my new car and my trade-in, even working after hours and on his days off to meet with me, answer all of my questions honestly and thoroughly, and get me fully acquainted with my new Mazda. Since the purchase, he has checked in with me a couple of times to see how I’m doing and how I’m liking my new car. Not only was Matt great to work with, but everyone else that I met was extremely friendly and helpful – I felt right at home there. I would definitely recommend Matt and O’Daniel to anyone looking for a car. Keep up the good work guys! More

These guys were great. They make you feel right at home in the dealership. We first went for a test drive in a used Mazda 3 with Matt Tillapaugh. It was nice, with a very solid sporty feel. If you want to go by your self, you can. I preferred to have them with me so I can ask about the vehicle while driving. When we were done we got a price on it, which was Ok, but the car had 35k on it, so I was not really that excited about the used one. Then, I asked Junior Hammond if he had a new one in stock that had similar features. He did. Its a Manual transmission (which I would recommend). THIS CAR IS AWESOME!!!!! Its fast, gets great gas mileage (getting 38mpg average), very comfortable, roomy (we can easily get our child seat in the back)and its a very quiet ride. Its very fun to drive, and it looks great!!!! I will probably be a Mazda fan for a long time to come!!!!. Thanks Junior! More
