There was no pressure when we came to see the 2014 Mazdas. Matt answered all of our questions, set up a test drive in the car, and invited us back as soon as we could come. We did a return about a week later; we set up an appointment with Matt and took our trade-in with us. Within an hour we had taken another test drive and settled on a fair price. I'm very impressed with Matt's friendliness and knowledge of the car's history. He also was very knowledgeable of the car's features and minor concerns such as previous made dents and nicks. He worked closely with me to assure that I could hold the car until I was able to purchase it after the weekend. I told Matt I would definitely consider working through him again. Honestly, Jessica Farber almost made this transaction not happen, my employment status shouldn't matter when I'm a customer looking to buy from your company, I don't know why that would matter.
