My husband and I can't say enough about our experience with this dealership. In the 6 years we've been married, we've purchased three vehicles at three different dealerships. The customer service was beyond amazing, they were incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions and issues and when we changed our mind several times about what we were wanting to look at, whether the color, the features, or the model they didn't seem at all irritated. They answered all of our questions completely and when we mentioned that we weren't sure if we were going to buy the vehicle, that we were just getting all of the information needed, they weren't pushy at all. We worked with Matt at the beginning and he got all of the information together that we requested and spent quite a bit of time helping us out. A couple of days later, when we decided to make this huge decision and trade up, we worked with Sam and he was just as great. They both made all of this very easy and very pleasant. A few days after buying the CX-5, Matt called to see if we had any questions and we really appreciated that. No other dealership has done that. When we decide to purchase another vehicle, we won't hesitate buying from this dealership again and if I could rate higher than '5' I most definitely would. More

We gave this dealership, and also our salesperson, Matt Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new v Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new vehicle as well as a fair price on our trade-in car, and, finally, when we picked up our new car today Matt spent about two and a half hours with us making sure we understood all the technology this car has to offer (which is a lot!) and the set-up of all of the different systems. The sales manager, Todd Jacquay, was also very personable and helpful, as was the finance manager, George Brothers (although we did not finance the car, he, too, was very personable and pleasant). It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, Todd, and George, and we would definitely deal with them all again if we buy another Mazda product. More

I bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 on April 30, 2013. I have waited to write this review as I wanted to see how the car drove for a few weeks before I commented. I have to say the salesmen, Junior Hammond and waited to write this review as I wanted to see how the car drove for a few weeks before I commented. I have to say the salesmen, Junior Hammond and Matt Tillapaugh, were excellent to work with. They were both kind and professional. They were able to answer any question I had. It took a few weeks to come to an agreement on price but at the end of the day they made the deal happen and I was able to support the local economy instead of going out of the area for a better price. Matt worked hard to make the deal happen, he was fairly new to car sales but did an excellent job. I had no idea he was a new employee. Junior took his time showing me how everything worked on the new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before I left with my new purchase. This is a great dealership to work with. They are attentive but not overly agressive. I took my time deciding on this vehicle and visited many other dealerships. This dealership was by far the most attentive and professional. I highly recommend you visit O'Daniel Auto Mart/Mazda. I love my vehicle, I am getting better gas mileage than expected and I love the way it handles. It is a small SUV but drives much more like a car. It was very easy to adjust to driving, especially since Junior spent so much time making sure I was comfortable and understood how everything worked. I received emails from various management people throughout this process. All of them were kind as well, the only mildly negative comment I would offer is, I was emailed and/or told by more than one management person that I would be receiving "coupons" in the mail, which to date I have not received.
