Both of my scheduled appointments were filled with phone calls and other customers. At my delivery appointment, I did not even make it your the desk, but rather sat in the waiting area for almost two hours calls and other customers. At my delivery appointment, I did not even make it your the desk, but rather sat in the waiting area for almost two hours while a few papers were brought to me to sign. The run through of the radio and features was detailed, but outside of that, I felt like an inconvenience. In the last 30 minutes I sat unclear of what was happening after you disappeared from the office. The financing person finally came to get me (unsure if I was even the correct person). She explained that they were short financing staff, but quickly got me through the paperwork and was very friendly. Communication would have been appreciated at the start of the appointment regarding other customers, wait times and what to expect as I sat there without any plan. More

W that is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and truly appreciates your business is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Well I found one! Heritage Toyota in Burlington Vermont is all of the above. I purchased my 2026 Toyota GR Supra Final Edition from them. Matt Messenger was my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed about my Supra during the build phase and when it was in transit. He always answered all of my questions and returned my calls. When I arrived at Heritage to pick up my Supra, the preparation and delivery of the car was exceptional. Matt introduced me to the owner, Dave. He is a super nice guy that loves collecting and working on cars. During my conversation with him I could see the enthusiasm and pride that he has for his dealership. I live 3 hrs (138 miles) from Heritage and I can honestly say the drive was well worth my effort. Heritage has my repeat business and I highly recommend them. More
