I went to Herb Chambers the other day for maintenance on my Lx 570. The experience was great. Matt was wonderful , as usual. I told him that I was running late for another appointment and my car was in for my Lx 570. The experience was great. Matt was wonderful , as usual. I told him that I was running late for another appointment and my car was in for car wash. Matt left his desk and went out of his way to bring me the car himself. This may seem small , but it meant a lot to me. I really appreciate that gesture. More
