My New C30 This is my second C30. The first one I bought was from a different dealership and I received an awful deal and it turns out the car had 3 accidents on This is my second C30. I just purchased a 2011 c30 Polestar from prestige tonight and I can honestly say I got a good deal and met some of the most professional salesmen to work with. If you want a car go to prestige and ask for Ron! And if you want service Patricia Somerville is always extremely helpful! More

First, I've purchased from this dealership years ago, and had a good experience with our sales person Chris. I found him on the website and was happy to see he was still there; NO he isn't. Their website has a salesperson listed, that left 3 years ago?!? I was told by the receptionist that he left; when I replied "he's still on the website" she said she'll let management know. When I was connected to a salesperson to inquire about the 2018 XC90 (their website state they had several models to choose from) the salesperson told me they had none left. Seriously...the website does not have an accurate listing of sales people or cars. I thanked them for their time and won't be going back. Great cars, was a great dealership, it's just become terrible over the years. More

Classy Operation! We only went in for a test drive but walked out with a car, which absolutely had nothing to do with any pressure or a hard sale. It was a combination of the amazing team from the GM, Matthew Haiken, to our sales person, Rich Curto along with the finance manager Pat Masone. It sounds cliché, but we were treated like family. Rich took his time showing us the vehicle we were considering (an XC 60) and taking us out on a test drive. He asked us if we wanted to get a sense of pricing, and we said we would, not expecting the numbers that he came back with to be as reasonable as they were. Within about 15 minutes, we had a deal that we could not say no to. Rich, facilitated all of the paperwork before handing us off to Pat, who was a professional and a Gentleman. This was not the painful sales and finance experience we have had elsewhere. We love our new vehicle, and could not recommend Prestige Volvo more highly! More

Worst experience with a delaership I've ever had No complaints about the car but the lack of communication to get the car registered (we are not in NJ) and out right lying that they were waiting to No complaints about the car but the lack of communication to get the car registered (we are not in NJ) and out right lying that they were waiting to hear back from us while the temp tags expired are beyond words. We ended up having to register the car ourselves and there has been no response from Matt Haiken to my question (asked over a week ago) asking what exactly their "dealer fees" entailed other than cashing our check since they did nothing more than that. Those that have had good experiences consider yourself lucky that nothing went wrong. Had they done ANYTHING to try and make the wrong right we would have still considered future purchases but they don't even respond to emails or phone calls. More
