Our experience at Prestige Volvo was a pleasure. Chris Parada was our salesperson, and he was gracious, knowledgeable, professional and warm. We also had the pleasure of working with Matt Haiken and Pat Parada was our salesperson, and he was gracious, knowledgeable, professional and warm. I have to give Prestige Volvo top ratings because we now have been through at least our 8th or 9th time we have had transactions with them....whether leasing, buying or trading in our volvos. The level of service and attention to detail combined with the genuine effort to meet our pricing constraints has been exemplary. Our most recent transaction, trading in an old volvo for a new was primarily completed over the phone, with a 1/2 hour follow up visit to complete paperwork. I mean really, when has anyone out there dealt with a car dealer that has taken so little time on the one hand, and completed the entire transaction in as professional and competent a manner as possible, all while meeting our very exacting budget requirements. If you are considering a Volvo, I wouldn't go anywhere else! The level of service simply can't be beat. More

Recently I had two service appointments. The first was for a blown out tire that was covered in full because Christian suggested I talk to Pat about tire insurance when I purchased my wagon through Christ for a blown out tire that was covered in full because Christian suggested I talk to Pat about tire insurance when I purchased my wagon through Christian in January. The insurance is awesome and well worth it after having hit something sharp on the road and ruined a wheel and tire. I spoke with Matt on the phone when that happened and he made sure I got a loaner even though it was a last minute request. Bob was great when I brought my car in after roadside assistance put the spare on, and the new wheel was taken off a car on the lot so I did not have to wait for one to be ordered. Professionalism, service, personableness and kindness could not have been any better. The second service appointment was for the replacement of the rear bumper (s) due to a minor collision which the other party's insurance paid for. Bill handled this and was terrific. Lindsey helped in person and on the phone with both service appointments. More

We live in Manhattan and never thought that getting a car from NJ would be more convenient than getting one in the City but because of Prestige Volvo and Matt Haiken it is. We just leased our 2nd volvo from from NJ would be more convenient than getting one in the City but because of Prestige Volvo and Matt Haiken it is. We just leased our 2nd volvo from Prestige and we have only been to the dealership 1 time and that was to get our first volvo 3 years ago. They really cater to you and want to make sure you are pleased so they will go above and beyond to make the process as easy for you as possible and service maintenance is done without ever having to go to the dealership, they will come to you in the City. Matt is honest, fair, friendly and he will work with you to make sure you not only get the best car for you and your family but that you are happy with the deal you have gotten. We have had a great experience with the customer service and service department over the last several years and know that our next car will be from Prestige. We highly recommend this dealership. More

We think everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with the purchase. Matt was excellent in finding the right car for Barb and Debbie was fantastic in exp to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with the purchase. Matt was excellent in finding the right car for Barb and Debbie was fantastic in explaining all the features and having them set for exactly what Barb wanted. All in all a very customer focused and friendly buying experience. More

The whole process was great. I should have just gone straight to them . The price was reasonable. They added whatever I asked for. There were also a few scratches and dings that I found after I picked u straight to them . The price was reasonable. They added whatever I asked for.
