Very comfortable experience. No pressure and very helpful. This is by far the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase experience I've ever had. My sales person, Tina, was very knowledgable about the product and really provided a positive and relaxed experience for me and my family. At no point did I feel like I was getting a "sell" and I felt that the negotiation process from initial offer to accepted offer was fair and quick. Signing the paperwork was also a breeze. The best part was that there were no hidden surprises or add on's at the end...everything was already included in the price discussed, which made the process that much more simple and transparent. I will definitely be coming back here when it is time for a new car. More

She answered all my questions, was super friendly, flexible and explained every aspect of the deal in way that was clear and easy to understand. By the time we got to the dealership (which was less than 24 hours after contact) all we had to do was test drive and sign the contracts as she coordinated the rest (financing, insurance, plates, fees and registration, etc.). Tina (and Matt) made the buying process simple and easy. Tina truly went above and beyond and took the time after we signed to show us the multitude of features the S60 has and make sure we had everything we needed. She followed up afterwards to see how we were doing and make sure we were happy. We got a great deal and I couldn't recommend Tina or the staff at the dealership any higher! More

Great and easy buying experience I recently purchased a used Volvo C70 convertible. I went to the dealership late in the afternoon and met with Todd Garno. I originally purchased a C7 I recently purchased a used Volvo C70 convertible. I went to the dealership late in the afternoon and met with Todd Garno. I originally purchased a C70 that had higher miles and less expensive than the 2 others they did have in stock. It was a quick and easy deal. Maybe an hour! Since it was late in the day they had to prep the car the next day. After contemplating overnight I decided to purchase one of the cars that had less mileage and the balance of a warranty. I rushed to the dealership the next morning so they did not begin to prep the first car. I sat and spoke with Todd again and the General Mgr Matt Haiken and within 1 hour all papers were signed and credit approved. The car was prepped that day and when I went back to pick the car up I spent time with Todd reviewing all the features of the car and I took it home. The car was prepped perfectly. Kudos to the service dept. After reading the manual I still had some questions on the radio and I went back the next day and met with Jay Rosen the service mgr. He kindly went over the few questions I had and we were all set. Now we have all heard some stories about how harrowing buying a car could be. Not that way with Prestige. I would highly recommend them. In a nutshell - Knowledgeable and fair! More

I was wrong. I was treated like I'm stupid by the service team. They came up with an absurd estimate for the simplest job and then treated me awful when I questioned it. If you are looking for an honest and respectable dealership to service your car keep looking. Based on the last several reviews on this site it seems this dealership needs to be looked at and evaluated. More

Brand new baby and car battery died! I could not be any more grateful to Prestige Volvo. Right after my precious baby was born, my battery on my car died. JAY& MATT ARE AMAZING!!! I am so I could not be any more grateful to Prestige Volvo. Right after my precious baby was born, my battery on my car died. JAY& MATT ARE AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for both of them. Prestige Volvo literally drove over an hour to pick up the car, took 1 day to fix it, and brought the car all the way back to me in less than 48 hours total. Their patience (crying baby in the back ground on our calls) and kindness blew me away....I've never been treated better at ANY other dealership. Including Mercedes, Porsche, and Range Rover. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, and they truly care and do anything they can to help...even if the circumstances are hugely inconvenient for them. AND they saved me so much $ from the local shop. So much gratitude and loyalty to Prestige!!! More

MONEY I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be returned to mb in Morristown before the 5th so I would not be charged another lease payment. The car was held for 3 weeks and was driven. I was charged another lease payment and my Mercedes was finally returned on 11.23.14. I called and spoke to pat and he said I would have MY money returned to me within a couple of days. I called a couple of days later and he said the owner had called mb and was getting me MY money back (because prestige Volvo buys a lot of cars from mb ) and this would take a couple of more days. I reached out to the general manager ( Matthew Haiken / owners son ) and he played as if this was the first time he heard anything about this issue. Matthew personal said he would take care of this issue and would get back to me in a couple of days. It’s now been 5 months and no one will call me back or is willing to help me. This is not what I expect from a (want to be high line dealer ship). I even went as far as to call Volvo North America and spoke to a customer representative and they were no help. They have nothing to do with independently owned dealers, she tried to reached out to the market manager for prestige volvo and that did nothing. More
