Matthew did an outstanding job assisting with the purchase of our new Highlander. He made an otherwise arduous process of purchasing a new vehicle as easy as possible. Julien assisted with the financial paperwork. He took the time to thoroughly explain several different options, particularly with regards to extended warranty items. While often times extended warranty items can feel like an aggressive sales pitch, talking these items over with Julien felt like the complete opposite. More
