Though this is my third vehicle leased or purchased from DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP for the cap rate for lease purposes. They did NOT honor their commitment for the cap rate. I had already surrendered my old car and was late for an appointment commitment (which they knew). When I questioned their tactics later, they said they made up for it in the rebate. We never had a discussion about rebate. As a three time customer, I was already eligible for the rebate. They owe me a $2,000 concession on the cap rate (simply, our agreement).
