My car salesman Mr Olsen made me feel like I was a burden. I got a new Subaru ascent from my old one and never took the time to go over any updates or whatnot. Was sent a $25 gift card for any inconveniences. More

Nothing new but they gave a pretty low trade in first offer. But, the worst thing about this dealer is that they nickel and dime on everything, including charging a fee for using a credit card for any s offer. But, the worst thing about this dealer is that they nickel and dime on everything, including charging a fee for using a credit card for any service. I've tried to be a loyal customer but I'm pretty sick of the fees and will probably go somewhere else the next time. The people here are nice, rather it seems like dealer policy is the problem. More

Matt O’Shea detailed reason for visit on work order, arranged for ride home while car was assessed. Once mechanic checked car I received a call from Matt to explain work needed, cost and projected time arranged for ride home while car was assessed. Once mechanic checked car I received a call from Matt to explain work needed, cost and projected time to fix problems. Once car was ready for pickup a ride was arranged to return to dealership. I had opportunity to ask questions and everything was efficiently carried out. More
