It would appear nothing I requested was done. None of my recalls were done. I asked about pricing on a wheel bearing and got pricing for several other things including the wheel bearing but not t None of my recalls were done. I asked about pricing on a wheel bearing and got pricing for several other things including the wheel bearing but not the bearing itself. I was texted about problems at the dealership and informed my vehicle wouldn't be ready and they needed another day. I was also informed that they would reach out in regards to completing the recall work. Not a call. No text. Not an email. Nothing. Would not recommend. More

I scheduled an oil change and was checked in immediately upon arrival. Mr. Matt Newman assisted me, was informative and friendly. My daughter was able to watch cartoons in the waiting room and by the time I upon arrival. Mr. Matt Newman assisted me, was informative and friendly.
