Anthony (sales manager) was excellent. He caught me as I was in the parking lot having given up on making a deal on a new Santa Cruz. He got the deal done. I bought a new Santa Cruz. The problem was the sales person Briana Fei wasn't either authorized, trained, or willing to talk about prices & fees involved with making a deal. This resulted in me waiting for Matthew, who mainly is involved in financing, giving us trade in value and total price sheets. The first sheet he gave us did not even include the > 6,000 discounts shown on the dealership website & included add on packages that we did not want. He also gave us a trade in price that was $4000 lower than a Carmax offer we had. We waited a while & Matthew came back & said congratulations, we were "qualified" to get the internet price. Anyone with a laptop & who had been on the website should have been "qualified" for the website advertised price & discounts. Even then the 2nd sheet discounted 6100 but the website discounted 6112. $12 is a small amount, but was an example of how much time was spent on waiting & pulling teeth to get a reasonable explanation of prices on the original presentation sheets. We were in the dealership for roughly 6 hours minus a 30-40 minute stop at Carmax. Most of that time was spent waiting. That was way too long. We had the 22 truck paid off, no lien. We also had a 817 credit store. I had set up an appointment to look at 2 specific trucks to buy. We made up our mind that we wanted to make a deal on 1 truck within an hour. In the end we got a deal done with Anthony that was win\win for us & the dealership. More

This is one of a few if not the only dealership that will work with you until you are happy with your purchase. Matt McCullum, a manager made all the difference in de-escalating a situation that was increasingly frustrating. The phone system at the dealership is always going into the answering machine unless you de-escalating a situation that was increasingly frustrating. My car was not operable due to a glow switch, and I had no car for the upcoming holiday. As before, he took care of the situation and made things happen quickly. He needs to be the head manager of any service. He knows what NOT to say to an angry customer. He's an active listener and doesn't patronize. Kudos to Andrew ta service as well! More

I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Friday afternoon and on Sunday it started having electrical issues. I took the truck back and they told they couldn’t do anything even when I put extended warranty. Buying a vehicle from Hyundai of Fort Myers was a shockingly great experience! We all know why we all hate car dealers, and I was expecting nothing better. WRONG! I completed 85%+ of the actual purch shockingly great experience! We all know why we all hate car dealers, and I was expecting nothing better. WRONG! I completed 85%+ of the actual purchase via email and text without setting foot in the dealer. I knew what I was looking for and this dealer had it. I started a text chat with Diago Trujillo who was super responsive, patient, and best of all very transparent. Let me say this again: this dealer was transparent! He answered all my many questions, and when he didn’t know, he went and got me answers. The price shown, was the price of the car. No surprises. No games. No bait & switch. Some options and fees were not negotiable and/or required by the State and I was told so and shown why, but some others were, and again the sales rep, his manager and the dealer were transparent about it. We reached a win-win deal on a beautiful white Hyundai Palisades (again, I said a “win-win deal”: when was the last time you heard that at a car dealer??!?) and then I finally made my way to the dealer to drive the car. This thing was mint as expected and as advertised and shown online. While sitting with Diago and Megan to complete the documents for the sale, no less than THREE managers stopped by to see how everything was going and if I “needed anything” or “had any questions.” The deal was done at this point. They didn’t have to impress anybody. But I was very impressed! It was a very busy showroom because their pricing is very aggressive. I then met with Gabe, one of their finance managers, and he had all the paperwork ready to go- no time wasting here. I obviously get nothing out of this and I’m happy to write a bad review where’s warranted, but it’s also good to take the time to say something nice when a bunch of different people are doing their jobs well. If you need or want a new, used or CPO (mine was CPO with 13,000miles!) car, do yourself a favor and check out Hyundai of Fort Myers on Colonial Blvd. Ask for Diago. Ask for Megan. Talk to a manager Jeff, or Danny. Just get yourself a great deal and enjoy the rare transparency this dealer shows its customers. Don’t take my word for it. Take a look-see for yourself! Worth it. 6-Stars, if I could! More
