By the time I arrived, the car was shined up, gassed up, and the paperwork was ready to go. I arrived around 3:50 PM on a Saturday—just an hour before closing—but not once did I feel rushed. The entire team encouraged me to take my time and made me feel comfortable throughout. Due to a delay on my end, we ran past closing, but they graciously stayed late to finalize the transaction. I upgraded my 2022 Tacoma for the 2025 I and have been very happy with the truck. They let me switch all my belongings over inside the shop and even stayed an extra hour over to help make sure I was all set. Danielle was very pleasant and made sure any questions I had were answered. (Coffee was amazing btw). Matt went over every one of the lease details with me and assured me that I was informed and happy with my decision. He didn’t try to pressure me into any extra warranties but did take the time to go over them and the benefits they would provide.
