Lloyd definitely went above and beyond all expectations that I had especially since we were communicating halfway across the country. My wife and I traveled from Myrtle Beach to Dallas to buy our truck.  Loyd made us comfortable which gained our trust right from the start.  His manager Matt was also someone I could trust.
