Heiser Toyota serviced my 2011 Sienna and I was happy with the service - so much that when I was looking for a Highlander, I wanted to get it from Heiser. My last visit, I didn't get a satisfactory answ with the service - so much that when I was looking for a Highlander, I wanted to get it from Heiser. My last visit, I didn't get a satisfactory answer to why the info system has been acting up and most recently, started requesting a PIN. After a longer than expected wait, I was told to push the SOS button on my vehicle to speak to Toyota directly (and of course the info screen must be in PIN mode) - Haven't done yet, seems extreme answer. Toyota needs to get that answer directly TO the Service Technicians. So no "5" for my last service More
