He paid close attention to every detail of my needs as well as wants. He consistently responded promptly to all of my many texts, calls and emails. I had no concerns about anything because of Dennis’ continual, thorough communications on car condition/inspection/warranty, pricing, paperwork, financing, scheduling shipping/delivery (long-distance purchase), etc. This was truly an easy and top-notch car purchase. The entire process from when I arrived until I drove my new car off the lot was friendly and efficient. I was treated fairly and with respect, was not rushed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Matt told me to drive the car for a while and then call him or come back with questions about all the bells and whistles and he would be happy to explain them to me. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Ed Martin in general and Matt Douglas in particular is my new my go to for vehicles and will be highly recommended to family and friends. More
