This is probably 15th survey request from this dealer & this is hands down the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Dishonest service writers and sales staff, service writers sleeping at their desks, tel this is hands down the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Dishonest service writers and sales staff, service writers sleeping at their desks, telling customers to spank their kids, degrading each other & their work in earshot of customers and completing and charging for services specifically asked not to perform. No wonder they can’t find and fix any issues past an oil change. This is one of the most dysfunctional workplaces I’ve ever had to deal with. Even Matt Austins, the manager, promised to ride in the car with me and refund me the tire rotation I asked them not to do and when I got there he looked up at me but never got up from his desk or left his office. What a joke. More

I created my appointment online and requested a certain representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil ch representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil change and was told during the process that when my car was finished in the service department, it wouldn’t start and my battery was dead… We have never had a problem with our battery since we bought our car from you in 2022… I went ahead and bought a new battery l, which we feell should have been under warranty .. I won’t do that again, when we bring our car back … More

The service department was amazing. I had recently purchased the car so they took care of of everything as something they should have noticed during inspection and got me in and out sam I had recently purchased the car so they took care of of everything as something they should have noticed during inspection and got me in and out same day. Service department serviced car morning of delivery and did not tighten lug nuts to spec. 30 minutes down the road, the wheels were all very lose. Lug nuts could be taken off by hand. Very dangerous.
