I created my appointment online and requested a certain representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil ch representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil change and was told during the process that when my car was finished in the service department, it wouldn’t start and my battery was dead… We have never had a problem with our battery since we bought our car from you in 2022… I went ahead and bought a new battery l, which we feell should have been under warranty .. The service department was amazing. Service department serviced car morning of delivery and did not tighten lug nuts to spec. 30 minutes down the road, the wheels were all very lose. Lug nuts could be taken off by hand. Very dangerous. Chris tried to overcharge me $150 for the services of my vehicle. Had I not pulled up the quote online and contested the charge I would have walked away none the wiser. This action demonstrates that I canno vehicle. Had I not pulled up the quote online and contested the charge I would have walked away none the wiser. This action demonstrates that I cannot trust the team to be honest or careful when they are ringing up charges. He did fix the charge right away but still, I was upset by the fact that he did not catch it sooner. I was also disappointed with the quality of communication from the services department. It was spotty at best and while they attempted to be detailed they never had answers to my questions besides platitudes or general blanket statements. More
