Simple service gone wrong I have been going here for past 4 yrs but that was my last visit. Put up with arrogant service folks since it was close to my house. But this visit to I have been going here for past 4 yrs but that was my last visit. Put up with arrogant service folks since it was close to my house. But this visit took the cake- went in for simple service and stood there waiting while the service folks chatted without paying attention. Looked past that but then went in to pick my car the next day and the lady behind the counter said they don’t have my keys and service center is closed - what!!!! And mind u this was not well within their working hours. Instead of trying to say she will help find my key - she jus sat there looking at me as if I was asking for their money. Then another service person came and was able to begrudgingly get me my key as if if he was doing me a favor. Thx but no thx. They have have a brand new shiny place but they have forgotten how to treat their customers- keep the new place and lose customers. More

Toyota Care Service I was surprised and liked the new service center. My service advisor greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to the new waiting area. He texte I was surprised and liked the new service center. My service advisor greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to the new waiting area. He texted me in about 20-30 minutes letting me know any problems with my vehicle. He also called to tell me that I needed a new cabin filter. I give him the ok. More
