Alan Hassen was one of the nicest and brightest sales associates we have ever done business with when purchasing a car! My husband and I are not the most tech savvy and have never leased a vehicle befor associates we have ever done business with when purchasing a car! When we became "picky" on our color choices he went the extra mile to get us what we wanted and a fair price! Mason Baker did an excellent job helping my husband and I purchase our car at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai. When we contacted him to let him know which Tucson Hyundai we were looking for, he immediately searche purchase our car at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai. When we contacted him to let him know which Tucson Hyundai we were looking for, he immediately searched for one. As soon as it was on the lot, he let us know it was there. We went down the next day and purchased the car from Mason. His communication through the whole process - from purchase through pick up of the car was great. When we picked it up, he helped us set up the things we needed to make it much easier to use this new car. I can honestly say Mason is the best car salesman we have ever worked with… and we have bought several cars in the last 40 years. I felt he truly wanted to help us find the car we really wanted.
