I wish this could be good feedback, but this is the complete opposite. I'm so disappointed in the service department and the lack of communication I have received from Marvin Orellana. I had my service complete opposite. I'm so disappointed in the service department and the lack of communication I have received from Marvin Orellana. I had my service appointment on November 18th and didn't receive a diagnosis until 7 active days (8 calendar days) after. The fact that I had to keep on calling for an update since nobody had the courtesy to reach out to me. Not everybody has an extra car at home to rely on while their main method of transportation is parked at the dealer waiting for somebody to work on it. During the last phone call to Marvin, I mentioned I needed a loaner. Marvin was quick to reply that if the issue isn't covered by the warranty and its chewed up wiring due to rodents, I wouldn't be able to receive a loaner. That was his response even before I received a diagnosis. Turns out to be the diagnosis was exactly that and the warranty didn't cover it. When an estimate was provided, there was no ETA to when the part would arrive and the little information he gave me was it could take 1 week or it could take 3 weeks. Once again, no straight answer. I received the diagnosis on November 26 and the only communication I received from Marvin was on December 9 (11 active days) 13 calendar days) later was that the part had been shipped out. That same day my car was charged (EV) in the afternoon, which makes me think they already had the part. The next morning, I received another text from Marvin that my car is ready for pickup. Today, December 12, I was finally able to get a ride to pick up my car in the afternoon. To my surprise and disappointment, the dealer had closed at 2pm due to holiday hours, maybe holiday party. Once again no communication from Marvin on the change of hours. I don't have my car there for pleasure and the fact that I have been without a car for 24 days is unacceptable. If the communication, respect for customer's time and empathy would be present especially as customer service, this comment would be different More

Look - the service folks were all great. Front Desk, Jeremy, 100%. Quick service, super polite / friendly, super attentive, super helpful scheduling the Lyft shuttle, etc. I know bonuses Front Desk, Jeremy, 100%. Quick service, super polite / friendly, super attentive, super helpful scheduling the Lyft shuttle, etc. I know bonuses / compensation are tied to these ratings so I'm putting 5 stars, but ultimately I wouldn't recommend this service center. The problem is the pricing and overall service quality. Sierra Chevrolet is easily 50% more expensive than even other local Chevrolet dealerships. I typically go to El Camino Real in MPK. They have clear pricing / bundled service specials. Oil change, multi-point inspection, fluid top-off, tire rotation. It cost $156 here, and I've never seen it more that $70 at the other location. I'd guess in today's world MAYBE that's $120 with inflation or whatever. The labor quote of like $250/hr at Sierra is what I think makes the difference. I've never seen a spark plug changeout quoted for $650 before; that's insane. All that said -- for convenience, I was happy to pay the premium -- had business in the area. But this location didn't even inflate my tires to factory-recommended PSI, which I would think is standard. It didn't give a color-coded printout of vehicle parts / assessed quality. I suspect tire rotation wasn't done because the PSI ratings on each tire matched exactly what they were on each wheel when I left it. I received paperwork saying CA law requires that they inflate the tires as well? And for general record: El Camino Real -- cheaper, they also wash the freaking car, which I'd never expected but was a nice touch, and they've never missed something small like inflating tires. More
