They have a lot of people involved to do a sale. We were able to complete most of the pre sale process before committing to traveling 450 miles for the paperwork process. The first 5 days of ownership, it was in the shop! I came back this evening where The sales manager Martin, customer service rep Noel, my service advisor Deven and my salesman Jordan made things right by swapping vehicles. The original vehicle was experiencing major vibrations and shakes at multiple speeds and was not operating like a vehicle with 20miles on it should. I was swapped into the exact same vehicle, model, trim and options which operates amazing to say the least. The service department went above and beyond by trying to diagnose the issues with the first vehicle in which they put me up in a loaner vehicle each time i came back. I am extremely satisfied now and i cannot wait to come back for my first oil change! To everyone that helped me with this issue, THANK YOU for your patience and understanding and your out of this world customer service!!
