I had a lease deal in place online only to find out after running my hard credit online and while in route to sign and pickup vehicle due to tax/title not being included in price that was 100% discussed in m running my hard credit online and while in route to sign and pickup vehicle due to tax/title not being included in price that was 100% discussed in my agreement with Martin Gero, was going to jump $100 per month and unable to eat $5,000. Absolutely false as taxes on a 39 month lease would not add $5,000. I still can’t understand how he would say this and tell me “haven’t you made mistakes before” as only explanation as to this ridiculous increase after we had landed at the agreed upon price. That’s not ethical business as I’m driving in to pick up my vehicle and get this dreaded phone call on the bad news. The math was never explained how my payment would jump up from $613 to $720 a month when sales tax being left out Enough of the bad. I would have rated this a zero if not for the sales manager helping to save the deal despite me paying an additional payment up front but keeping the prior agreed upon monthly payment the same. This is my third lease at Jerry Ulm with another expiring in a few months and not what I came to expect or feeling confident about in the months to come. The fact the sales manager worked it out restored my trust but not without going from a great experience to horrible in a matter of surprise phone call. Alex Greer was professional, calm and efficient and I really appreciated him once the deal was saved. More
