I have no idea who Antonio Ramirez is. I purchased the vehicle from Martin. He was great, no complaints. However, I was told that I was only getting one key. I'm spending over $26,000 for this car and expect Del to do the right thing in providing a complete package. I should not have to purchase this myself. It's simply a matter of referring friends and family to Del or not. Your choice!!! Do the right thing. Thank you. More

I'M SPENDING OVER $26,000 FOR THIS CAR AND EXPECT TO GET TWO KEYS. IF THE PREVIOUS OWNER DOES NOT HAVE ONE THEN DEL, THE SO CALLED THE REPUTABLE DEALER, SHOULD PROVIDE ONE. IT'S JUST GOOD BUSINESS. Purchased our 5th car from Del yesterday. Very pleased with our sales associate, Martin! The showroom is always very clean and the people are welcoming. I really loved the last Corolla Cross so I got another one. I loved the color of my Cross and the heated seats and I put Martin up for the challenge to find me a cross the same color as what I had with heated seats and he found it for me. I’ve always been very pleased with the service area too. Another thing I love about this dealership is that when we stop in, there is always ample customer parking. The last two non Toyota dealerships we dealt with never had parking for their customers. That was one of the reasons why we left and came to Del. Del is a very easy dealership to work with and they always provide great communication when my car is in the service area. We had to extend our lease to find another Cross like I had and I called and spoke to the sweetest woman. I wish I had her name because I would give a shout out to her too. She was also the best to work with. As for my cross, I love the exterior and interior. The seats are great and very back supporting. Love the quiet hybrid. This is my first hybrid and have only driven it a few miles but so far I love it. More
