The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. The following occurred over the recent 2 weeks they had our car for warranty related service: 1. Didn't return calls for 2 weeks 2. When I was finally called, I was asked about When the car can be dropped off for service. The car had been there for 2 weeks already. 3. Was not told when bringing the car in for servicing that I would have to leave it there instead of being able to wait. 4. Was not offered a rental vehicle while the car was being serviced under warranty until I asked. Waited 3 business days for a call back to finally request a rental vehicle. 5. Returned the vehicle on 9/27. Still have not received the email receipt or the deposit back from the rental. 6. When I advised the manager of the department of the lack of communication, I was dismissed, being told they have a lot of customers. 7. After picking up and driving the car for 3 days, the vehicle still has the same issue that it had been brought in for. It appears that no repairs were done. 8. Corporate Kia emailed me stating the part was ordered but hasn't been shipped to the dealership yet. Dealership said they received and installed the part. Kia corporate still states they have not even shipped the part. 9. When speaking to employees, none seem to have the same information as the other. I brought in my 2018 Kia soul EV for a battery recall and I've been completely ignored for an entire month! I've been nothing but gracious and patient to no avail. No one answers the phone no one answers my messages no one has contacted me about when the work will be completed. They certainly appear to be the most unconscionable and incompetent customer service and repair " professionals" I've ever had the displeasure to work with. More
