That dealership always advertised excellent customer service, and for the most part they were very good. However, the experience from the BMW dealership with my wife's car was superior. There truly was no comparison. I felt the high level of customer service from this BMW dealership whereas I did not always feel that with the other. For this reason, when the lease on my car was ending and it came time to find another car, even though there were big financial incentives to stay with the same company I had been leasing my car from, I chose to return to BMW to purchase my new vehicle. More

I have bought three cars from Jimmy Khokhar. He is always courteous and informative with no pushy attitude that you get with so many other car dealer reps. When I purchased my X3, the dealer web page messed up and put a very low price on-line. They did not have to honor that price, but Jimmy worked with the manager and we saved a bundle. I wish that had happened when I bought my M5. LOL! Marlin Randle in finance is soft spoken and one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
