Bramman in Jupiter was a no-pressure dealership for me. Steven Lee was a caring salesman who took care of every question I had. He is a hard-working, driven young man which not only benefits me but, hopefully, himself as well. I had done my homework about BMW and that, perhaps, made the experience better for me as well, but the dealership and Steve were courteous, neat, experienced and helpful. I had walked out of dealerships throughout my new car purchasing ordeal due to lack of respect, omissions on car information (aka lies), etc. Bramman was a step above for me. Given that I reside in Pa, I learned of this dealership via the internet and was initially hesitant to consider a vehicle purchase from a dealership as far away as Florida. However, Steven Lee with Braman via the internet and was initially hesitant to consider a vehicle purchase from a dealership as far away as Florida. However, Steven Lee with Braman Motorcar went to great lengths to work with me over the phone and via e-mail in answering questions about the vehicle. Phillip Roe was very helpful in final price negotiation and Marlin Randle greatly facilitated paperwork processing. Steven Lee was courteous enough to pick me up at the airport and provide a 20 minute ride to the dealership. Steven was in every way above and beyond in all professional courtesies and made the viewing of the vehicle and pick up process a very relaxing and efficient experience. In the end, the vehicle was as-advertised (options, features, etc) and in very nice condition. My wife and I are very pleased with this vehicle purchasing experience and very thankful to the staff at Braman Motorcars. More

Without any doubts this has been by far my best experience with a car dealer. From the first contact by phone with Cathryn Winschel, to the last minute I spent at Braman Motorcars Jupiter with Stev experience with a car dealer. From the first contact by phone with Cathryn Winschel, to the last minute I spent at Braman Motorcars Jupiter with Steve Lee my Client Advisor, Michael Trapasso the General Sales Manager, and Marlin Randle the Finance Coordinator, I can only say I was trated in a way I have never been. All the staff at this dealership deserves my admiration and gratitude for their proffesionalism and kindness. I can not say but great things about this dealership and I will for sure recommend it to all my friends. I will gladly travel again from my home in Miami to Jupiter (1 1/2 hours) next time me or any one at home plans on buying or leasing a new or used car. Once again, this has been my best experience ever, congratulation to Braman Motorcars Jupiter for doing business the way they do. More

I'm not sure about anyone else but buying a car is never really good experience. HOWEVER, dealing with Steven and the folks at Braman in Jupiter, Fl has changed all that for me. I stay in BOCA RATON and have been to several BMW dealers like one in coconut creek vista bmw, pompano vista bmw, braman miami, braman westpalm beach, ft.lauredel bmw and also other car dealers like carmax, offlease. I Did a good research on the car which i wanted. I drove all the way to Jupiter bmw which is almost 50 miles away from my place as they offered best prices compared to any BMW in florida. After being there i had a complete family experience and it was empowered with a great TEAMWORK. STEVEN LEE (sales man) took me to test drive, he explained about every car available. He even taught me how to use several other features available in bmw which i never know. He is very friendly and caring person who actually made me stick to BRAMAN BMW JUPITER. This small paragraph is not enough to appreciate him. CATHRYN WINSCHEL (Internet)who gave me a good deal on the internet. MIKE TRAPASSO (Manager)was cool and really quick. He has demonstrated a strong willingness to work with me to get the bmw. Helped in slicing the price as i was limited to my own budget. He stayed till almost midnight to help me. I was soo pleased with his kindness. Finally after the deal i went to MARLIN (finance): He gave me really a good interest rate. Unfortunately things did not go well from my side as i really have very low credit score. But he has given me few options where i have saved lot of money on interest rate. I bet i had BEST deal. Marlin is a empathetic listener and makes each customer know he values their time. Thanks for his patience in dealing with me. This is not done yet.....after the paper work they also had another challenge. I got my old car along with me driving all 50 miles to JUPITER from BOCARATON. And STEVEN LEE (salesman) drove all 50 miles from JUPITER to BOCA RATON to get my BMW and also he needs to go 50 miles back. No Car salesperson in this world would drive 100 miles and take you home. What a commitment!!!! I got no words to describe him. BRAMAN JUPITER.....U GUYS ARE AWESOME... Buying a car is a big thing....thanks for making it simple for me....:) More
