Doug, When you have a chance, please reach out to me in regard to your review. Unfortunately showing up at 3:00 without an appointment for service is surprising from someone who states he is a service mgr. We run our service department by appointments, we can handle some additional drop offs each day. We usually leave spots for tow- ins. Leaving a unit for up to 2 weeks is an issue, we simply just don't have the space to store cars. Presently we are not taking heavy repairs in unless you're our customer. we are backed up with transmission and motor work until at least February. It's unfortunate but we need to catch up and until then we have to control our schedule. We don't like turning down additional work, but we are trying to control our situation.
