We were surprised that Freeman Toyota would bring a vehicle to our home for a test drive. Mark, a no-pressure salesman, knowledgeable and courteous, brought the car to Plano (approximately 40-45 miles) vehicle to our home for a test drive. Mark, a no-pressure salesman, knowledgeable and courteous, brought the car to Plano (approximately 40-45 miles) for us to test drive, and went over the particulars of the vehicle. He explained that the price shown on-line was not a negotiable price. It was as low as the dealership was willing to sell it. In the time it took for Mark to drive the vehicle back to Hurst, we had made the decision to purchase it. Mark took care of seeing that all the paperwork was done. A couple of days later Mark once again drove the car back to Plano for us to sign the paperwork and take ownership of the car. On this second trip he had to have someone else drive to Plano take him back to the dealership. We have never purchased a vehicle so easily, so hassle-free. More
