I don't even know where to start with Joseph Evans he is incredible! Even when I didn't think I would walk away with a vehicle. I walked away with a new vehicle. I would first like to say that I had the worst experience of my life upon arriving to Rey brandt, Toyota my experience was not fantastic. The greeter in the morning was not very friendly and seem to be bothe of my life upon arriving to Rey brandt, Toyota my experience was not fantastic. The greeter in the morning was not very friendly and seem to be bothered. I asked him about a battery. He did not even want to help me out to top it all off. He came off a little racist as I saw that there were other coworkers that worked close by him, and how he did not acknowledge them as well. His attitude was horrible. This matter needs to be address. I will not return until you guys dealership any more experience was unpleasant to. I am embarrassed that they have somebody in command that acts like this towards customers especially new ones More
