Mr. Jelks really worked out everything and took time, his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is very much appreciated. He is very knowledgeable and top of his work. I'm so pleased how he handled everything. As for the dealership, Giving UBER instead rental car to the customer is very inconvenient you need to do something about it and improve the process. I know we are not perfect, Active listening ,Empathy, Professionalism ,Honesty and Transparency are the Key for improvement. Ricky was awesome, so pleasant, professional and friendly. He really made the car buying experience pleasant. He even got me an umbrella to make it to the car for a test drive in the drizzle!
