TO INFINITI AND BEYOND We had a phenomenal experience at Infiniti of Birmingham from start to finish. We came in with the intention of exploring options, as our lease was We had a phenomenal experience at Infiniti of Birmingham from start to finish. We came in with the intention of exploring options, as our lease was coming to an end soon. From the time that we set the appointment online, meeting with Josette the next day, test driving the vehicle, exploring suitable options, down to the final financing...it was a flawless process. This dealership goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. They greeted us by name...and remembered our names. I lost count of how many beverages and snacks we were offered from the time that we entered the dealership..😊. Josette was very professional and transparent in making sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted, without compromise. She had great communication and was attentive to our needs. She did not try to up-sale us to a more expensive vehicle, nor did she try to down-sale us just to make a sale. We were not completely thrilled with the color of the vehicle that was available that would fit within the price range we had set. So we were going to wait. But then enters Mark the manager. He offered to call other dealerships to inventory the exact color and options we wanted that would fit within our price range. He offered to get that vehicle delivered for us. TALK ABOUT MEETING YOUR NEEDS!!! We ended up leasing a vehicle that had better options, that was already on the lot. He worked diligently to get the payment to a place where we were comfortable. Then it was time to sign on the dotted line...The finance advisor Dana knows her stuff. She presented some additional protective coverages, without being overbearing or making you feel guilty. Trust her...you want... to get...the coverages...life happens! All in all, we had a great experience at Infiniti of Birmingham. We love our QX80! It’s like driving a beast on wheels with the interior comfort of a cloud😂. I encourage you to give Infiniti if Birmingham a try, you won’t be disappointed with the service and attention to detail. It may not be perfect for everyone, but it was perfect for us, and it could be perfect for you. This is the second vehicle we have leased from Infiniti and I can confidently say, they have customers for life. More
