Stan did the bare minimum. The experience he gave with along with his manager was unacceptable. We bought a hybrid electric car, the dealer-certified charging cord was missing The experience he gave with along with his manager was unacceptable. We bought a hybrid electric car, the dealer-certified charging cord was missing from the car, they hesitated about providing a charger for the vehicle at all. They then refused to buy a dealer-certified charger and instead gave me a aftermarket charger and a cheap, inexpensive 2nd market charger. Truly a turn-and-burn mentality agent and dealership. Commission breath from a mile away. Stan promised to have the chip in the windshield of the vehicle fixed….he did not deliver on that as I am still driving with a cracked windshield. Stan also assured me a scratch on the rear driver side would be buffed out, he assured me he would personally buff it out. The scratch he assured me would come out, did not. False promise after false promise. The manager lied about the carfax to my face. Intentionally did not disclose the truth to specific questions I asked about the ownership history and remarks on the vehicle. An absolutely dreadful experience all-around with Stan. More

We found this BMW on the internet and were directed to Que the sales associate. Que was most helpful with videos and literature as we went back and forth over 30 days. We are 1,000 miles away from CB&B and not able make sure all was as advertised. We could have had the 430i delivered but our conservative nature wouldn’t allow that. The decision was made to fly to Phoenix and see for ourselves. Que picked us up at the airport and the rest of our buying experience was beyond expectations. After buying the car and letting it sit in our friends driveway for 3 days we loaded up to drive back to Kansas. Immediately we had a tire low pressure light come on and called the service department and Que. Saturday morning and tire problems. Within an hour of arriving at the dealership they put on a brand new tire and wished us a safe journey. These people treated us as though we were the only two in the building. We are so happy and the next one we will have delivered without hesitation. More

Stan made my 1st time car buying process very simple. I was so worried about my warranty & maintance before buying. But he worked everything in the deal for me, including key fob replacement. I left the dealership with peace of mind, knowing he’d taken care of all my concerns about buying. He even took the time to order us new floor mats for our 3 series BMW and still continues to answer any of our questions and concerns even after purchasing our new car.
