Service was completed in a very timely manner. As usual, the customer service I received was top notch. I drive 45 miles 1 way (1 hour, 10 min) to have my car serviced at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw As usual, the customer service I received was top notch. Walked in to get my car serviced and no one acknowledged me. I made eye contact with four people and no one said anything. It was very frustrating. Would suggest they train their workers on customer servic me. I made eye contact with four people and no one said anything. It was very frustrating. Would suggest they train their workers on customer service. Also was very surprised with how dirty my car was. They offered a free car wash but should have cleaned it prior. Very disappointed. More
