Mark provided fantastic service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. We had routine maintenance work. He arranged for the cracked windshield to be replaced and synchronized the wipers, etc. Mark communicated Sharon. We had routine maintenance work. He even had the car cleaned making it look like a new car. We keep going back knowing Mark will guarantee excellent service! He also arranged for a loaner car.
