I was verbally insulted by the general manager in front of a service technician. The alleged general manager accused me of being drunk, and that I returned the last and first loaner vehicle back to the dea of a service technician. The alleged general manager accused me of being drunk, and that I returned the last and first loaner vehicle back to the dealership as “trashed“. He negated my right as a customer to obtain a loaner vehicle While my SUV was in the shop. His response was that loaners are subject todealership discretion. More
