This is the 3rd cars I have purchased/leased with this dealer. My total experience has been wonderful, I can no say enough about the courtesy and attention I have received from the people I have been in c dealer. My experience with "Millennium Toyota" has always been excellent because of Anthony Santi and Mark Campbell. These two people have always been good to me and my family over the years. Anthony Santi especially has been the reason we keep coming back to Millennium Toyota. My only complaint is towards Toyota and the owners of Millennium Toyota who I have given over 300,000.00 dollars and currently over 17,000.00 a year in leases to them. My only reward or gift of appreciation from them is a tiny, cheap thermos bottle. Thank god for great people and employees like Santi and Campbell because I know they appreciate me. More

I included Mark Campbell in this review because he is the salesperson that I first talked to when I purchased my car in 2006. He was professional and friendly and explained everything I needed to know when salesperson that I first talked to when I purchased my car in 2006. He was professional and friendly and explained everything I needed to know when buying my new car and gave me a very reasonable deal. I went to at least a half dozen other Toyota dealerships in Nassau and Suffolk counties but returned to Hempstead for the purchase because of Mark. From the first service that was needed on my car I have always gone back to the dealership. I had attended the new car orientation for service and that was informative and useful. For the first few years Matt Messina was the person I always worked with and I appreciated his knowledge on what my car needed. I feel the service, and professional work is excellent at this dealership and the reason I continue to go there for everything my car needs. Matt is no longer at Hempstead but in this last visit for my 50,000 mile checkup, Jorge Guzman explained what my car needed and suggestion a care package. I'm confident of the work that is done here and know that the exceptional work and care that is done on my car will add to its longevity. I also appreciated the shuttle service back to the dealership that I needed this last time. More

The reason I have preferred to lease Camrays for the past twelve years is primarily to the service and attention to detail performed by Mark Campbell and Alisa Sukwanitkun. When I enter the dealership at t twelve years is primarily to the service and attention to detail performed by Mark Campbell and Alisa Sukwanitkun. When I enter the dealership at the time for lease renewal, I'm greeted by Mark and Lisa as though I had been there the week before not over a year ago. They know my needs and my desires in a car and help me to choose the right automobile for me and my family. They do not just sell me a car; they actually put my needs before their own or those of the dealership. If I were still in business, I would try to steal the two of them away and make them executives in my own firm. Your cars have always been dependable and trustworthy and for that I am grateful, but Mark Campbell and Alisa Sukwanitkun are extraordinary and will always have my gratitude. Ed Burns More

I would recommend this dealership because they were very friendly and worked with us in explaining the lease and how to save. Mark Campbell showed us how to work the controls. He was execellent. Millennium Toyota has the WORST people on the Planet! Millennium Toyota has the WORST people on the Planet! These guys are looking for a quick sale, then they leave you high and DRY! I had several family members who bought car on my recommendation, now I'm going thru the hassle to have them deal with other dealership because of the DISGRACEFUL POST-SALE SERVICE! Mark was very welcoming to me as a three year customer of Millenium. It turned out he sold me my first Prius 3 years ago. He was aware of my needs and wants and did his best to make me happy. I was please Millenium. It turned out he sold me my first Prius 3 years ago. He was aware of my needs and wants and did his best to make me happy. I was pleased that he connected my cell phone to the vehicle and explained the features to me. He explained the similarities and differences of the new car compared to the Prius I had been happily driving for 3 years which was helpful. Hopefully,I will see him again in 39 months! More
