These two men deserve mine and your appreciation because all I came in to do that day was get an oil change and I ended getting two new cars instead. As long as these two men are there I will continue to renew my leases there. I do have an observation to make and as it is not a complaint so much but something Toyota and the owners of Millenium Toyota should think about. I have calculated that I have and will spend over 120000 dollars with Toyota. I have always believed that Anthony and Mark have treated me fairly and have given me the best deals that they can. But I think that Millenium and Toyota should appreciate my business more than a letter thanking me for my business and a small thermos as a gift. Again this comment is not so much a criticism but an observation. Toyota has great cars so its not like I won't come back for more but maybe some type of appreciation more than you have done for such a customer as myself. Think of it as a good company policy to reward a good customer. Thank you for reading my comments and look forward to talking to you in the future. More
