Mark Campbell was very professional, yet personalable. He is truly an asset to the dealership. He really stands out among the rest of the staff. This is our third time dealing with Mr. Campbell. This is the fourth AVALON I have purchased from This is the fourth AVALON I have purchased from Millennium Toyota with Mark Campbell as my salesman!! That in itself should tell you just how SPECIA This is the fourth AVALON I have purchased from Millennium Toyota with Mark Campbell as my salesman!! That in itself should tell you just how SPECIAL they are at Millennium!! I had to order my AVALON a few months ago as they were not available. Mark called me at different intervals to keep me updated and to just "see" how I was doing. When the car was scheduled to arrive at the dealership, Mark called and arranged the time and date for me to pick up my car. I was greeted and shown my car, by Mark,before I ahd to meet with Hector to finalize the purchase. Hector made the paper-signing, "painless" and engaged in informative conversation until all the forms were signed. He offered many suggestions to caring for my car and gave me his business card, "just in case" I needed to speak with him. Mark had my car ready and transferred my plates, himself!! He walked me through many of the changes in this AVALON as compared to my 2009, mentioning many of the features that I had requested. Mark has a wonderful personality, one that makes you feel he really cares about the customer. He invited me to call or just stop by if there were any concerns or questions about my car. I probably will.... I have many dealerships nearby and receive many invitations to buy a Toyota, somewhere other than Millennium............I'd be foolish to switch when I'm so satisfied!!! More

I enjoyed working with the folks at Millennium Toyota, especially Mark Campbell and Pat Marangiello. They were both very friendly and attentive, offering us beverages and making sure we were comfortable. Mark made sure that the new Rav4 was detailed and prepared just perfect. Customer service and quality was the best a person could ask for... I love the Rav4 and I am happy that I purchased it from Millennium and thier friendly staff. More

Our lease was ending. Mark Campbell and Liz gave us leasing and financing options. Mark was very helpful in helping us get a good deal and stayed late to get us our new car. Walking in to the showroom we were met by Pat Marangello and it felt like we were seeing family. He introduced us to Mark Campbell who brought us to look at the cars. There was no pressure to make a decisio and it felt like we were seeing family. He introduced us to Mark Campbell who brought us to look at the cars. There was no pressure to make a decision and Mark answered any questions we had. He was very relaxed and never in a rush. Once we made our decision we had a few questions about extras. No matter how small the question he would rush to get us an answer. From there we met someone in the insurance department who was also helpful and then we met Hector to discuss the financing. He was also very helpful. We never felt rushed. Mark took the time to stay with us once the car was ready and explain all the new things that the car had. He was amazingly patient and caring. The whole process was very relaxing and we felt that our needs were very important to each person. More

I have bought many vehicles in my life, but it has never gone as smoothly as it did at Millennium Toyota. From the test drive, to the negotiations to finance, everything was great. The purchase of my Camr gone as smoothly as it did at Millennium Toyota. From the test drive, to the negotiations to finance, everything was great. The purchase of my Camry was great. Mark made sure to show me all the features in the vehicle, never assuming that I knew anything about it. Richard explained how the financing worked and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership and ts staff! More
