Sevice department needs to have better communication with customers on what is being done and time to service vehicles so that the customer think that their vehicle is done after being sent a video saying it customers on what is being done and time to service vehicles so that the customer think that their vehicle is done after being sent a video saying it’s done only to get there to pick up the vehicle only to be told it’s not ready and have to wait. More
