My experience was exceptional. Jacob in sales and Mark in finance were the greatest. All aspects of the sale went smoothly, I really love the truck. I bought a new car here over a month ago. At the time of purchase I was overcharged on the DMV fees. I was told I would be refunded the difference. I also mentioned it to the salesman Jacob. He said I would get a check when I picked up my plates. Well that never happened. That was Three weeks ago, Everyone I talked to has given me the run around. I’ve called and emailed on several occasions. Either the person I need to speak with isn’t available or they or off or they will call me back. No response from anyone ever. Beware when dealing with this dealership!!! More

Jacob and Mark were also great to work with, and they made the actual purchase and financing of the car as quick and painless as possible. I was not considering a Buick or GMC for my next car, but given the positive experience we had at your dealership, I absolutely will. More

Firstly, my salesman Yared was great, and the only positive in this whole experience. I was in New Jersey on a trip and wanted to come in and buy this truck. I set up an appointment and went in to buy positive in this whole experience. I was in New Jersey on a trip and wanted to come in and buy this truck. I set up an appointment and went in to buy it. I put performance gmc in my navigation and went. When I got there, the truck was nowhere to be found and no one know who I was asking for. After a half hour I was told that this truck was at the “other” performance gmc dealership. I think someone should have told me, knowing I’m form out of town, that there are 2 dealerships with the same name so I go to the correct one. The following week I called back and was connected to Yared. He was great and did everything I asked. He FaceTimed me when I asked him to so I could see the truck. He pointed out any imperfections like I asked so I wasn’t surprised when I came back down from northern Connecticut. He got me numbers right away like I asked him to, and all was well. When I came down to pick up the truck it was a 3 and a half hour drive. The finance manager who did my paperwork was very nasty to the salesman in front of me. He lied to me and told me the truck was as-is, even though it was a certified pre owned truck with both a bumper to bumper and power train warranty. He seemed upset with me when I told him I didn’t want to purchase an extended warranty, and he also didn’t give me any CPO paperwork, I had to ask for it when I was done with him. I also made it clear that I came from out of state and to let me know how everything was going with the registration so I could get my plates. I was told that the one month temporary plate was more than enough time to get the registration done and I didn’t need to worry. The following morning when I cold-started the truck, both the exhaust and the engine were making noise. I set up an appointment with my local gmc dealer and they told me I needed all new lifters in my engine and a cat back exhaust system. The hvac controls lighting was cutting out and the tailgate radio system didn’t work at all. I was told that all of this should have been taken care of before the truck was offered for sale. I called the dealership multiple time to check on the plates and was told everything was all set. The day that my registration expired I called the dealership to let them know I was expired and was told that I needed to bring the truck to emissions, which I did that same day. The following day I was pulled over for having an expired registration and had to have AAA tow my truck home and take an Uber the rest of the way to work. I called and asked for the manager and was told he was in a meeting and left a message. No one called me back. I called again after a couple more weeks and finally spoke to the manager David. He apologized, said he would get everything taken care of for me, and told me he would send me a $500 check for the inconveniences. Finally, over 2 months after buying my truck, my plates came. When I opened them, there was no check, only passenger plates. A truck is supposed to have combination plates. I called and asked for David and was told he was out. I asked for another manager and was told that he requested the $500 check but the vice president of the company denied it and David is no longer with the company due to a health issue. I asked to speak multiple times with the vice president directly and he never reached out. My entire experience has been horrible with the exception of my salesman Yared who was great. It’s a shame that the rest of the company can’t offer the same level of service as Yared. More

Rodrigo was easily the best salesman I've ever had. He was very professional, explaining everything, leaving nothing to be discovered later in paperwork. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Truly amazing work by Rodrigo, made for a very easy decision to purchase our car. My only issue came with the wait time to see the financial department (over an hour) and the fact they tried to tack on an additional $699 fee that I had to fight to get removed, constantly being told the price I signed on the paperwork wasn't the final price. Had I not been attentive to the paperwork, I would have signed it and been out the money. Where Rodrigo surpassed all expectations as a salesman, the finance department was severely lacking and honestly a bit condescending. Mark should work on his customer interaction. More
