This was my second experience with the service department. Both times it was over three hours waiting. An oil change, inspection and tire rotation with an appointment shouldn't take that long the department. Both times it was over three hours waiting. The second time was related to the battery draining issue that Subaru has settled a class action over. They never informed us of the problem and replaced the new battery which was purchased in December with a Subaru battery and charged a deductible of $49.50. They said that there was nothing they could do about it. Probably my last Subaru. More

Took in my 2018 Subaru for getting new tires and decided on Michelin Defender tires. Had an approximate 2 hour wait in break room and was constantly updated on the status of tires being put on my car. All p on Michelin Defender tires.
