Car needed inspection and apparently an oil change. The last couple times that I have taken my car, they have told me I needed brake pads. My husband took the car this time and he asked them to check t The last couple times that I have taken my car, they have told me I needed brake pads. My husband took the car this time and he asked them to check the pads and was told that they were near new condition. I do not like to be told one thing and then have my husband be told something completely different. Just be honest to your customers if the item(s) are truly needed. More
