I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness to what was a severe issue associated with a 2020 Subaru Ascent transmission. Melissa was empathetic and understanding. Although, I felt it was rather long to get a response from Subaru HQ, the local support from Southern TEAM service was comforting.
