It’s no nonsense business with a family atmosphere. We have had great periodic service done to our vehicles and we get them back like new – washed and vacuumed. I’m going to name a few names at the store and I will miss more than I can remember. These folks have taken care of us like we were family; Jill in the service department – what an infectious laugh! She likes my jokes. Melanie who used to sit at the front desk and welcomed everyone who came in is so friendly; remembers names like you can’t believe. She always says hi Mike when I come in. Mario is a great salesman. No pressure and knows his stuff. Dave who does financing is so cool. He can help so much on the finance side – has lots of contacts! I can’t remember the names of all the others who have helped. The staff there is so professional and friendly. When you have a superior product like Honda and people who care about their customers, Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale is the place to go for your vehicle needs and you can bank on it! Sorry, I didn’t mean to make it sound like a commercial but it’s so true! More

Never again. Long story short, we were sold a total hunk of garbage...the car has been in and out of the shop ever since....it's a year later now and guess what?
