I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing this sale went. I saw several vehicles Corwin had on the lot. I was paired with Issac and he was amazing from the start. He made the sale so comfortable, smooth and painless. There was no uncomfortable pressure or anything that is usually associated with “sales”. He was knowledgeable, caring, considerate and kind. This was probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Mario in financing made the final part of this process so much fun and worked out everything perfectly for me. This is a great dealership and I will be going back to purchase my daughter’s first vehicle. More

Purchased a honda 1 year ago, very pleased with the whole process. Went back this year and Lakai found a very nice vehicle for me. The customer experience from that point was lacking. I called ahead to set a process. Went back this year and Lakai found a very nice vehicle for me. The customer experience from that point was lacking. I called ahead to set a time for my wife and I to complete the cash purchase. We waited over 2 hours to get to finance, to complete a 15 Minute process. After leaving the dealership I discoverrd the down payment was not credited to the transaction resulting in an overpayment by me. When I called back to alert finance I was told there was no one that could authorize a refund and I would need to wait until Monday. When Monday came I called and was told the only person that could help me was not in and again I needed to wait. The situation was finally resolved but it should have never happened and things seemed to be very disorgainized beyond the actual selection of the vehicle. More
