We were getting conflicting info from the dealer as to what was wrong and where we should go for service - Thor or Ford - as it was a Ford chassis. We went to a Thor dealership who didn’t work on our model so we went to your dealership on 3-16. Honestly, I felt broken and defeated not being informed about the Texas Franchise Law and just wanted to hang my head. Went into the service station and told my story to a lady at the desk. Mario Fuentes said he would take care of me. Honestly, he was an Angel right when we needed someone in our corner. Compassionate eyes with a loving soul and a beautiful cardinal tattoo staring at me. I wholeheartedly knew I was in great hands and everything was going to work out! It was a blessing to stop at Truck City Ford and meeting Mario. Our Motorhome issues were investigated and we were on our way. Thank you for having such an amazing employee and man to represent your company! He was patient and answered all of our concerns even though there was nothing to gf on the Ford end. Feeling uplifted and renewed, we went back to Alvarado for all the repairs. But….. Mario made all the difference in my day and my perception. He’s a true gift to humanity. More
