When I bought my truck I also bought a service plan. And then every time that I had something wrong they would say oh that's not covered. That's very frustrating. I’ve been coming to TCF since 2016 and since have bought a 2018 f-250 the service center is the best there is to use and Mario Fuentes & “Doc” Rodgers nerve up sell unneeded service.
